Clients under Mintox® Licensing will receive free support for their licensed Mintox® Solutions. This is available to clients who have successfully completed the Mintox® training.

Phone and email support is available during our normal business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, with online support available 24/7. You can request free support for a variety of topics including website updates, domain queries, technical support, email issues or basic consultation. Please note that DNS related issues and further topics may be charged for depending on the type of query or complexity. 

All support incidents will be issued with a unique ticket number and tracked. Our support response times are very competitive compared to industry standards.
