Setting up Distribution Lists
To create a Distribution List on your domain follow these steps:
- Log into the Mail Control Panel

- Expand the Domains node in the tree to the left:

- Expand the node of the domain you wish to add a distribution list to:

- Click on Distribution Lists and then click on Add:

- In the Address input box type in the email address which you wish the forward emails from. Make sure the Active box is ticked. Choose a mode that suits your requirements for this distribution list and if you choose Announcements enter the email address into the input box below. If you select Require SMTP Authentication, only users with accounts on the server will be able to send email to the distribution list. After this, click on Save:

- Once the Distribution List is created, expand the distribution lists node to the left:

- Then expand the node of the distribution list which you just created:

- Then click on Members:

- To add people to the distribution list click on Add:

- In the Address input box type in the email address of someone you want to add to your distribution list and click on Save:

- The email address will now be added to the distribution list, if you want to add another person you must repeat steps 8 through to 10 for each person you wish to add.
- To remove someome from the distribution list go to the Members page (refer to steps 6-8) and find the email address of the person you want to remove from the list. Click on Delete to the right of the their email address and they will be removed from the list.
- To delete a distribution list completely click on Distribution Lists, under the domain which contains the list you want to delete. Then click on Delete next to the distribution list which you want to delete.
