Logging into Webmail

To log into your Webmail follow these steps:

  1. Open your web browser and go to http://mail.yourdomain.com.au:8383.
  2. Once the page loads, type in your username followed by the "@" symbol then your domain name into the "Username" input box. Then enter your password into the "Password" input box and press enter.

If you experience problems be sure that you are typing the correct username and password and that caps-lock is not on.

If problems persist contact the Clue Design support team or contact your domain administrator and ask that they give you a new password.
