Logging into Mail Control Panel
Note: Only the administrator of a domain can log into the Mail Control Panel. Normal users will not be able to access this area.
To log into your Mail Control Panel you just have to follow these steps:
- Open your internet browser and go to http://mail.[domainname].com.au
- Once the page loads, type in your username followed by the "@" symbol then your domain name into the "User name" field. Then enter your password into the "Password" field and click OK.

If you experience problems be sure that you are typing the correct username and password and that caps-lock is not on. If problems persist then contact Clue Design support team.
The administrative username and password is sent out on the hosting notice when the account is set up, refer to the hosting notice if you can not remember your username and password.
If you can not find the hosting notice then you need to send a support request to the Clue Design support team and they will reset your password.
