• Open and click through rates- Learn about your list of who you are sending the message to, who is receiving them, who are opening them and why they are opening certain emails/messages.

• Short and sweet- Keep your message short and sweet, as most people find long winded emails tediously boring and wont end up reading them. Keeping them short and sweet with points and spaces will ultimately drive a successful response.

• Be professional- The content matters most in email marketing so proof read and then proof read once again!
